Book Signing: Award winning Lowcountry author William P. (Billy) Baldwin will sign copies of his books including “Charles Town: The Novel” and recently released books of poetry, “A Forrester’s Son” and “Village Lives” at Waterfront Books, Friday, March 18 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Also Billy will sign “the Hard to Catch Mercy” winner of the Lillian Smith Award, “the Unpainted South” and “These Our Offerings” both winners of The Independent Book Publishers Association’s Gold Benjamin Franklin Award for poetry and his novel “The Hard to Catch Mercy” a Lillian Smith award winner.
